Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and the individual who independently operates Musterwork (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for your access to and use of the Musterwork website, desktop software, dashboard, AI features, tools, integrations, and related services.

By creating an account, downloading or using Musterwork, starting a paid subscription, or otherwise accessing the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use Musterwork on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, “you” includes both you and the organization.

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into a contract, and be permitted to use the service under applicable law.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting passwords, verification codes, connected accounts, API keys, and devices.

• Do not share access in a way that circumvents plan or security limits.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
• You are responsible for configuring workspace permissions and reviewing sensitive actions before approval.

Musterwork is AI work and productivity software with an integrated artificial intelligence assistant designed and developed by Musterwork. The product may provide workspaces, browser and computer tools, reusable skills, automation, artifacts, approvals, channels, and account or usage views.

Features may differ by platform, plan, region, model provider, product release, and technical availability. Documentation and in-product labels describe the capabilities available in the current release.

Musterwork does not guarantee income, any particular result, or uninterrupted access to any third-party source or model.

AI systems are probabilistic. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose. You must review output and independently verify important facts before relying on, publishing, sending, or acting on it.

Musterwork is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, tax, safety, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a task requires a qualified professional.

When you enable a tool or approve an external action, you authorize the service to perform that action within the permissions you grant. You remain responsible for instructions, approvals, destinations, and resulting use.

Paid plans, prices, included features, billing intervals, and any trial terms are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Taxes may be added or included as displayed during checkout.

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for eligible Musterwork purchases. Paddle processes payment, issues receipts or invoices, handles applicable transaction taxes, and may provide buyer support under its own buyer terms.

Unless checkout states otherwise, a paid subscription renews automatically for the same billing interval until canceled. You authorize Paddle to charge the payment method on file for each renewal.

• Cancel before the renewal date to prevent the next recurring charge.
• Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.
• Plan changes, promotions, trials, and prorations follow the terms shown before confirmation.
• Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law.

A plan may include a metered allowance for AI model processing or other resource-intensive features. An allowance is a service entitlement, not money, virtual currency, a deposit, or a stored-value account.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, allowances are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, non-redeemable for cash, usable only inside Musterwork, and may expire or reset at the end of the applicable billing period.

We may enforce reasonable technical, concurrency, model, storage, automation, and abuse-prevention limits. If an allowance is exhausted, a feature may pause, fall back, require an upgrade, or use a bring-your-own-provider mode where available.

You may use Musterwork only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, the rights of others, and the rules of connected services.

• Do not create, distribute, or facilitate illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or harmful content or activity.
• Do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, or data-protection rights.
• Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive deepfakes, or use a person’s likeness or voice without appropriate permission.
• Do not gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, devices, credentials, personal data, or restricted content.
• Do not distribute malware, credential theft, spyware, destructive code, spam, mass unsolicited messages, or abusive automation.
• Do not bypass safety controls, usage limits, payment rules, access restrictions, rate limits, or approval boundaries.
• Do not use the service to make high-impact decisions about people in areas such as employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, or legal services without lawful authority, safeguards, and meaningful human review.
• Do not use Musterwork in a way that violates the acceptable-use rules of Paddle, an AI model provider, a connected tool, or a source website.

You retain ownership of content you submit and any rights you may have in output, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You grant the Operator a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content and authorize its processing. Do not submit secrets, regulated data, personal data, or confidential materials unless the selected product mode and provider are appropriate for that data.

Local workspace files remain under your control. Musterwork accesses or transmits local content only when needed for an action you initiate, a task you authorize, or a feature you enable, subject to the permissions and product behavior presented to you.

Musterwork may connect to AI model providers, websites, browsers, messaging platforms, storage providers, developer tools, or other third-party services. Their separate terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services.

We are not responsible for third-party availability, content, policy changes, or decisions. A provider may suspend a model, reject a request, change pricing, or impose additional restrictions.

Components distributed under open-source licenses remain governed by those licenses. Required notices are provided with the software or in accompanying documentation.

The service, software, visual design, trademarks, documentation, and related technology are owned by the Operator or the applicable licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

• Do not copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service except where we expressly permit it.
• Do not reverse engineer or circumvent technical protection except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not use Musterwork names, marks, or branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement.

We work to keep Musterwork reliable, but the service may be unavailable because of maintenance, security events, provider outages, network conditions, capacity, legal requirements, or product changes.

We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. When a change materially reduces a paid service, we will provide notice where reasonably possible and honor any rights required by applicable law.

You may stop using Musterwork at any time and may cancel a paid subscription through the available account or Paddle buyer-management flow.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a security threat, fraud, nonpayment, legal requirement, material breach, abuse, or risk to users, providers, or the service.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Musterwork is provided “as is” and “as available.” The Operator disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and the applicable contractors, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or service interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Musterwork during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-excludable obligations.

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and provide enough information to understand the dispute. We will try to resolve the matter in good faith. Nothing in this section limits a right to contact a regulator, consumer body, or court where applicable law permits.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, security, or operational changes. The updated version will show a new “Last updated” date.

If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
