Which version should I choose?
This page lists currently open releases. On a Mac, use About This Mac in the Apple menu to check the chip. Apple silicon uses ARM64. You can use the web app on other platforms.
How do web and desktop differ?
Web offers a convenient browser entry point. Desktop also offers local directories, computer interaction and automation. Handbook articles indicate which apps they apply to.
What if installation or initialization fails?
Check your connection, available disk space and system messages. Keep the error details and use the help page to report app version, system version and the steps that led to the issue. Get help ↗
