What are service credits?
Credits track use of Musterwork platform services. Models and tasks can consume different amounts. Review your balance, deductions and validity in the account dashboard.
What happens when I need more credits?
Check your account dashboard for available credit packs or a plan that fits your work. This page displays offers from the current catalog.
Do credits expire?
Subscription credits and separately purchased packs may have different validity periods. Review the offer before purchasing and the corresponding account records afterward.
How is my own model API key billed?
Model usage is billed by the provider of your key. Other Musterwork services are governed by the entitlements of your current account plan.
How do I upgrade or cancel?
Open subscription management in the account dashboard to review available actions, effective dates and confirmation details. Cancellation and a refund request are different actions.
