What to check before choosing
Review price, currency, billing cycle, included credits and benefits. If annual billing is available, check the full annual charge too. Pricing and the account dashboard use the same catalog; review the order details before purchasing.
Track credits and charges
Use the account dashboard to review your subscription, balance, usage and bills. Subscription and additional credits may have different validity periods; check their records. Model usage through your own API key is billed by that provider.
Manage a subscription or billing issue
Review available actions and effective dates in account subscription management. Cancellation and a refund request are different actions. Keep the order ID for duplicate charges or other issues and contact support. See the refund policy for full terms.
