Look for the generated file, page or other artifact in the task. Preview, download and sharing controls depend on the result type. Confirm the version you intend to use.
Refine or download
Request specific changes in the original conversation. After downloading, open the file in a suitable application and check formatting, formulas or other details relevant to its use.
Prepare to share
Create a link for results that support sharing and review what the shared page contains. Remove material that should not be public. Return to the relevant sharing controls if you need to change access.
